FPL

Three weeks ago our Leftbacks team was in position 320 000, and at the start of last weekend, we had risen to position 7,829. If we can maintain that position until the end of the season, we’ll be over the moon!

This week we chose the wrong captain, (C)osta only managed a single point, which was not great for us. Ighalo managed two assists, Mahrez set up a Vardy goal which suited us just fine. Koscielny also found the net whilst Huth kept a clean sheet.

Even with a captain disaster, we still managed 46 points, which was above the weekly average of 42. Unbelievably, we gained more ground and are now up 635 places to 7,194th position out of over 3.5 million people. Safe to say we are delighted.

GAMEWEEK 11 TRANSFERS

Even though Ighalo is the third highest scoring forward with 5 goals, 2 assists and 10 bonus points this season, we’ve decided now is the time to let him go. His next three games are against West Ham, Leicester and Man Utd, so now is the time. Costa is doubtful with a rib injury, and we’ve wanted to get rid of Ritchie for a while to create a solid five man midfield.

TRANSFER DECISION

We have two free changes available to us, and have decided to make three. We feel that three changes will leave us with a great side for this week and next. Ideally we don’t want to make a change next week so we have two changes after the international break. Everton’s next NINE fixtures are: Sunderland, West Ham, Villa, Bournemouth, Palace, Norwich, Leicester, Newcastle and Stoke. WOW! Amazing fixtures. With that in mind, we’ve brought in Lukaku and Barkley. We’ve also brought in Bony. With Aguero out, he’s been leading the line for City and has Norwich and Villa in the next two weeks.

CAPTAIN’S ARMBAND

We’re somewhere between Bony and Lukaku. Two weeks ago Newcastle put six past Norwich – with that in mind, Bony will get our armband.
