With only five fixtures this gameweek, many teams fielded less than 11 players. Luckily we planned ahead and had a full quota – we were hoping it could help us climb the rankings. Five minutes before the gameweek went live, we changed our captain from Aguero to Kane, and it paid off.

Alderweireld (7) managed to keep a clean sheet for us. In midfield, Sigurdsson (9) scored a goal with two bonus points, Alli (9) picked up two assists, while up front, Kane (13, doubled to 26) scored twice and got three bonus points. Vardy (5) got himself an assist.

We managed 67 points, when the overall average was just 35, meaning a huge rise from position 28,040 to now, position 18,022 out of over 3.6 million people.  We’re delighted but want to stay in the top 20,000 which was our pre-season goal.

Our side is quite settled, so we’ve decided to maybe transfer out players who aren’t in the best form and try get players in who are.

It’s another risky one for us – but for the first time in ages, we have a team without Vardy. The Foxes striker has scored just one goal and got two assists in his last six games. Salomon Rondon on the other hand, has scored four goals and an assist in his last six – which means he finds himself in our side.

Kane, Alli, Rondon and Aguero all crossed my mind – but five goals and an assist in his last eight games and facing Aston Villa this week, Gylfi Sigurdsson get our armband.
